Items purchased from PARISFOX.COM can be returned\nwithin 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. However, some products\nhave different policies associated with them. In the unlikely scenario that\nyour purchase has exceeded the time period of 30 days, PARISFOX.COM will be\nunable to process any refund or exchange.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused\nand in the same condition that you received it. It must also retain its original\npackaging.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Several types of goods are exempted from being\nreturned. Perishable goods such as gift cards, food and grocery items, flowers,\nnewspapers or magazines cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or\nproof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There\nare certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

\n2. CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, softwares, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl\nrecords that have been opened.
\n3. Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing\nparts for reasons other than our    inaccuracy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will\nsend an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will\nalso notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and\nshipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your\nreturn. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed\nto you.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased,\nor the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we\nwill send a refund to the gift giver and he\/she will find out about your\nreturn.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
